The location was excellent (right off the PA Turnpike)! Clean rooms and the lobby had a nice fireplace to hang out by. Breakfast was tasty (especially those fresh waffles! ) and staff were super friendly.

There was nothing I didnt like.

A cozy stay by the lake

The indoor pool was a lovely retreat after a long day, and the complimentary refreshments in the lobby were a delightful touch. The warm atmosphere made our evenings relaxing.

However, the check-in process was notably chaotic, with a mix-up in our room keys causing unnecessary stress. It overshadowed the otherwise pleasant experience.

Stayed for two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The breakfast was fantastic, and the friendly staff, particularly Chef Chea, really made the morning enjoyable. However, the experience was marred by a rude front desk attendant and excessive noise from a nearby fire pit party that lasted well into the night. This lack of effective management during disturbances greatly impacted the overall experience.

The hotel could benefit from better room availability upon check-in!!! Noise disturbances from events were quite disruptive, and the delayed responses from housekeeping about extra towels were frustrating too!!!

Room cleanliness was exceptional during our stay.

The spacious King Room had a bright, airy feel with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The breakfast area was well-stocked with a great selection, including cooked staples and fresh options like fruit and pastries. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making our stay comfortable.

The front desk staff could have been more welcoming.

Our stay was mostly enjoyable, especially the breakfast with Chef Chea's awesome dishes and the very spacious room, but the front desk service was disappointingly rude. I doubt I'd return.

Just a fine choice for short visits in Exton with reasonable value. The pool area was a nice spot to relax after a long day. Make sure to check the breakfast options early before they run out.

Great Stay Despite Minor Issues

Overall, a solid experience. Enjoyed the spacious conference area during a graduation event with delicious food options. The bar also offered a nice selection, perfect for winding down. For future guests, consider checking out the buffet for events. it was delicious. Just be mindful of the exact route to the main road.
